Fill it out, scan it and email it to the church at office@martensvillebaptist.com
You don’t need to to preregister to attend; it just helps speed up the registration process. Kids are welcome any night. If you have not preregistered, please come by 6:15 to register your kids. Children all need to be signed in and out by a parent or guardian each evening. If you are planning to let your children come on their own, please come to register them the first night and sign off on that.
